Comments: I am looking for info for a shifter cable bracket off the side of a cruiseamatic tranny for a 63 Galaxy. I cant seem to find any info. Its right before the linkage in between the linkage and the bracket on the steering column. The bracket keeps sliding out of the guide hole and is a pain in the butt getting under the car and sliding it back in. If you can give me any info on who to talk to to get this part or any pics or breakdowns of this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks man.

Comments: Great Web Site!! Thanks for including our car in L'ville 2002, page 28 upper left. I call it the "1929" Lippert/Ford Roadster. There are no Ford Parts. It has fuel injected V-6 2.8L,o.d.trans., 4.27 gears. Owner built doors, body, chassis, suspension, window lift mech.(tip in 12 degrees), exhaust system (low profile) and etc. In 2003, see it at York, Columbus, Syracuse, Frankenmuth MI, Kalamazoo and Burlington. At 75 MPH, my wife drving, windows up, A/C on, and 28 MPG, "Life can't get any better". IT'S DRIVEN!!! (57,ooo miles). Comments: I drive a '66 Corvair Corsa 140hp 4spd daily. My Dad and I restored it ourselves. He has a '41 Pontiac Coupe streetrod that he finished in 1971.
