REMIND'S ME OF THE ONE I USED TO OWN. IT HAD ALL THE GOOD'S . PORTED/POLISHED /BALANACED/ BLUEPRINTED 6PACK WITH A 727 TRANNY, SPECIAL DRIVE SHAFT AND OF COURSE A DANA 60 WITH 430 GEAR'S W/POSI. I SOLD IT TO MY LITTLE BROTHER AND HE SOLD IT TO A GUY IN BELAIR.MD. IT IS BEING PAMPERED BUT, IT CAN STILL RIPP UP ANY ROAD OR TRACK IT MAY BE ON. I ALSO OWN A SEMI MODIFIED 1957 2DR.HTP.SPORT COUPE BELAIR TOO MANY ITEM'S TO LIST 327 CU.IN. WITH ALL AMENITIES TWO FOUR'S ELEC.IGNITION AND A MUNCIE CLOSE RATIO WITH A 220 FIRST GEAR AND A 3:73 BRINGING UP THE REAR. AND ALSO A 1954 CHEVY 210 MODEL WITH THE ORIGINAL 235 CU.IN.6 CYLINDER AND THE POWERGLIDE TOO. THE CLOCK STILL WORK'S GREAT BUT, YOU DO HAVE TO WIND IT UP. IT IS A FUN CAR TO DRIVE AND WITH 163,000 MILES AND THE ORIGINAL 6 VOLT SYSTEM IS STILL WORK'S AND COMPLETELY INTACT. I FIND IT A JOY TO WORK ON COMPARED TO A ELECTRONICALLY OVERKILLED AND VACUUM ASSITTED CAR. TO ME KEEPING IT SIMPLE IS A PROCCESS THAT IS HARDLY USED TODAY. HAVE A GOOD DAY. Since I have a strong affection of street rods, All these pics are like finding a gazillion Hersey's Bars..I'll digest em' all!! Had a 34 ford pick-up when I got drafted in 70. Wrapped it up in plastic for my two year duty and just dreamed about it while overseas. Came home and dropped a 300 hp 327 ci in it first thing.....I miss that rod. They rekindled my passion--until now only "contemplative", I 'm afraid--for vintage American cars. I normally deal only in antique furniture but a client of mine told me that he intends to sell a Cadillac Isabel . I don't seem to be able to find anything about such model and begin to wonder if I have the correct name : "Isabel" ( ? ) Have you ever heard it ?I'd be most grateful if you could let me know something about that --please send all e-mails RE : CADILLAC.
