Comments: In the 1954 Ford section you have listed Ford Crestline Skyliner (bubble/glass top cars) as being Sunliners. Actually the convertibles in 1954 were Sunliners and the glass top cars were Skyliners. You also have one Skyliner in with one of your other 1954 Ford groups (bottom right group). Just trying to tidy up your site which is excellent!! Keep them coming!! Jimbo

I owned a 68 442 and although they are similar, they don't have the same nose. Your pictures of the hardtop are of a 68. Just for your thought and others looking to see what a 68 442 ragtop looked like.

I'm a retired AF Officer (former enlisted) who had a chance to fly (not drive)in various aircraft, so I got a kick out of your dad's xmas photo in helmet & flt suit. I have a question about Suburban barn door alignment. After taking them off for some rust work, I'm having a devil of a time getting them lined up to close smoothly and I know you answered a forum question re barn door weather stripping. Perhaps you can advise me. Please email me at "ekurtz@alltel.net" Thanks in advance. GK

You can tell the difference because on the 64, the A/C contr ols are below the radio and in the '63 they're up under the fascia. And whoever did that to the '63's dash really ought to be shot.

I miss specs for 70's cars as well! My Biscayne '67 has a 402 from a impala 71 and it's seems impossible to find a h.p. rating for impala '71 rpo engines! Comments: Impressive website! I just purchased a 1940 Ford Pickup for partial restoration and would appreciate your advice. Body and frame are original and in good shape. Previous owner was building a street rod, installed a Corvette engine and automatic tranny but apparently did nothing to the suspension or brakes. I am told one good option would be to have a Mustang II front end installed. Would that include brake system and all ? What would be approximate cost to purchase and install ? (I cannot do myself) Would a better option be to remove the Corvette motor and replace with a flathead V8 & original stock tranny? I would appreciate your advice. George in Kansas
