Dave Armstrong '69 (50th)
The last class to have a class trip to the Ozarks where the water was bad and they had to boil it. Two or three of the guys caught a ride and were able to get some Kool-Aid and bring it back.

Their class President Duane Hatfield was apparently not here tonight so Dave told a story about a brick and the elasticity of Duane's athletic supporter

Ron Hatfield '54
Ron says that his voice is fading, so we won't have to listen very long - several of their class are in attendance tonight (5 or 6) including one of their teachers Coach Razook, just planning on having a good time and he's not telling what all they used to do, so he'll just pass it on the next one

Marcia Blankenship Shepard '59 (60th)
The class of 1959 had 26 members and 13 are still living-in MN, MO, OK, TX, VT, WA, and as well as Kansas. -only 3 here tonight. 60 years seems to go by pretty fast

In the 1st grade they staged a Tom Thumb wedding - the 4th Grade "Farmer in the Dell" with Roger Hatfield as the farmer and the rest of them were apples and trees - 8th graduation was the Udall tornado - their senior trip was to Colorado Springs and Denver and saw "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof".

Special recognition for "Room Mother" Dorothy Hunt who was always there to help, and another of their Teachers Coach Razook is here tonight and in closing "congratulations to the Class of 2019"

William Young '99 (20th)
1999 classmates were asked to stand and be recognized - there were 56 in the class, athletic and smart - we were close during the 4 years and have remained in contact over the years.
To the incoming class, he recommends travel to other places, not only in the states, but around the world, to experience other places and cultures. Continue to pursue your goals no matter what hurdles you face.

Congratulations to the class of 2019 and we look forward to what you become in the next 20 years

Lance Carrothers '74
Class of 1974 for it's 45th - 56 in the class and 30 were together from K-12 - in some cases, we haven't seen each other for many years. Lance also commented about those who live local and didn't make it, he lives in Bangkok, Thailand which is 12 hours away and should qualify as the greatest distance travelled - it can be done.

We grew up at a really good time in America and if he could be young again and do it again, he would want to do it at the same time - you can't top that

Thanks a lot

Diane Amerine Kelly '64
Class of 1964, please stand and be recognized - there were 35 in our class and 15 attended grades 1-12 together. Eleven classmates have passed on and in memory of those Diane read their names and added Sharon McKenzie McPherson. She had learned not to use a gallon of words to express a spoonful of thoughts, so this will be short.

We've been blessed to come from a small school - her husband graduated from Colorado Springs with a class of 650 - not the same closeness that you find in a smaller group. She gave credit to the Alumni Officers Leadership and asked them to stand and be recognized, also those who are serving (or have served) in the military, stand and be recognized

To the graduating class - don't get discouraged, because everything comes out ok in the end

It's time to eat
Marcie Amerine Baird '58 with Marcia Blankenship Shepard's daughter - Kris Shepard and beside her is Arlen Baumgartner '67
